You and your Coast advisor decide together which improvements will move the needle most, set a budget, and get to work. When the home sells — or your listing agreement ends, or twelve months pass — you simply repay the cost of the services.

Decide together
You and your agent decide which services can increase your home's value the most and set an estimated budget for the work.

Engage vendors
When you're ready to start, your Compass agent is by your side as you engage contractors and vendors and commission the work.

Go to market
Once the transformation is complete, your home goes on the market.

Pay at closing
You pay for the services and applicable fees when one of the following occurs: your home sells, you terminate your listing agreement with Compass, or 12 months pass from your Concierge start date. Program terms vary by market.

Compass developed Concierge to be used with a wide range of vendors for your convenience. We'll help you choose the improvements that add the most value for your home.

02When do I have to pay for the services?

Zero due until close. You repay at the earliest of: your home sells, you terminate the listing agreement with Compass, or twelve months from your Concierge start date. Depending on your state of residence, fees or interest may apply.

03How can I participate in the program?
